FTF Financial Group Management
Melissa Huckins, FTF Financial Group – CEO, graduated from Millikin University with a B.S. in Accounting and began her career as a corporate accountant with Archer Daniels Midland ($43 billion global company). After successfully completing the Certified Public Accountant exam, she joined ITT Financial Corporation ($14 billion conglomerate) as a senior auditor performing commercial finance audits.
Ms. Huckins gained extensive working capital management experience while overseeing FINOVA Capital Corporation’s ($12.5 billion company) treasury operations. During that time, she earned her MBA from Arizona State University, with an emphasis in finance.
After several relocations, Ms. Huckins returned to Phoenix and built a financial advisory practice at Raymond James, partnering with business owners and individuals to achieve their financial goals through analysis, investment implementation, educational assistance and asset protection.
Given the opportunity to assist Clients and Suppliers to optimize their working capital, Ms. Huckins believes that her professional experience has served her well to understand their cash flow management issues. She strongly believes that Supply Chain Finance is a valuable working capital resource for both the Client and its Suppliers to address their cash flow needs.
